Terms of Service

Lefkio is an online classifieds marketplace that allows users to post and browse listings for goods and services. We do not buy, sell, or take custody of any item listed on the Platform. All transactions are between users directly.

We moderate listings before they are published and may remove any listing at our discretion. Listing on Lefkio does not guarantee a sale.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to sell any item you list.

You may not post listings that:

• Are false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Advertise illegal goods or services
• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Are duplicate or spam listings

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Lefkio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform and in search results.

Listing on Norshuka is free. Users may post up to 5 listings per 24-hour period. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future; any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Norshuka is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not handle payments, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee the quality of any listing.

If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to contact us at support@lefkio.com. While we have no obligation to resolve disputes, we may mediate at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we consider harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lefkio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
